salmon bagel with an edge

Serves 1
You'll need: 1 Whole Bagel – Jalapeno (or your favorite kind), 1 TBSP Fresh Spearmint, 1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Basil, 10 Cherry Tomatoes (halved),
Pinch of Garlic Salt, 10 Grinds on the Fresh Ground Black Pepper Mill, Pinch of Steak seasoning, 6 ounces Salmon, 1 Tbsp Pine Nuts, 1 TBSP Butter or Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 Tbsp Greek Salad Dressing How to make: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Finely chop up the spearmint and lemon basil. Add chopped ingredients and pine nuts to bowl. Pour Greek salad dressing over mixture and stir.
Cut bagel in half; toast in toaster oven. Spread butter or EVOO over bagel. Evenly sprinkle w/ garlic salt, steak seasoning and black pepper. Spread the salmon over the bagel. Pour the tomato spread over the salmon.
