Ham, Turkey or Chicken Anyone? Cook a ham, chicken or turkey... even if it's not a holiday. I like to cook an entire chicken, even if it's just for myself. I save the meat for sandwiches, salads and soups. It's economical. Or, I'll invite a couple people over for dinner and let them take left overs home for their week's worth of meals! Cooking and sharing left overs with others brings a lot of joy!!! (note: I sear the chicken before I put it in the oven, for a great crisp flavor)
