salad toast snack

Serves 4
You'll need: 1c artichoke hearts, 1/2 c sun dried tomatoes, 1/2 c pine nuts, 1/2 c fresh cilantro, 1/2 c goat cheese, 1/8 c olive oil, 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
How to Make: Place all ingredients on cutting board and chop up. Place even amounts atop 4 pieces of bread or rolls (toasted or not toasted). Enjoy as a snack or as an accompaniment to a meal.
