Light Salami-Salmon Lunch

Serves 2-4 (depending on appetites)
Ingredients 1 can chick peas (strained), 1 can green beans (drained and heated in microwave until warm, about  1.5 min), 6-8 slices smoked mozzarella cheese, One 7-8 oz can of salmon (drained), 6-8 slices of light salami, salt & pepper as desired.  Preparation: Evenly arrange ingredients on serving plates. Enjoy!  Recommended Refreshment: Fill large pitcher with 8 cups of water, 8 cups of seltzer water, 4 orange slices, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1-2 tea bags, 4 large slices of ginger (skin off). Stir and pour over cups w/ ice.
