TurChicken Burgers

Makes 16, 1/4 pounder burgers
You'll Need: 3 lb ground turkey meat, 1 lb ground chicken Sicilian sausage (out of casings), 4 strips bacon (cooked and chopped), 1.5 cups panko bread crumbs, 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup white onion (finely chopped), 1 Tbsp garlic (finely diced), 2 large eggs (beaten), 1/4 tsp black pepper
How to Prepare: In a large glass bowl, mix all the meat ingredients together with your hands. In a separate, smaller glass bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients together (except eggs). In the largest bowl, combine meat, dry ingredients and eggs together, until everything is well incorporated. Score the meat into 4 sections and roll out 4 separate balls. Score each of the 4 balls into 4 sections, so you have 16 individual, even portions. Shape each section into a hamburger patty shape. Fry up on the grill over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side (poultry should cook to an internal temperature of 165 to 175 degrees F).

Note, you can add a slice of grilled pineapple, cheese, and/or any other condiments that you desire. Enjoy!
