Goat Cheese, Fig and Honey Bruschetta

Serves 8 (appetizers)
You'll Need: 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 French baguette loaf (sliced into 1/2" pieces), 5-7 fresh figs (washed and stems removed), 8 oz goat cheese, 4 Tbsp organic honey, Pinch cinammon or nutmeg (optional)
How to Prepare: Evenly place the sliced bread in a single layer onto a cookie sheet. Drizzle tops with olive oil and put into a 400 degree F oven for 8-10 minutes until bread is slightly toasted. Remove and let cool. Evenly spread cheese onto all the bread slices. Thinly slice the figs and place atop the cheese covered bread. Place the bread evenly onto the cookie sheet. Evenly drizzle the tops with honey. Evenly sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg if desired. Place back in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
