You'll Need: 1 large platter tray, small branch of a pepper plant (with 4-5 ripe peppers on it), 2 oz pepper goat cheese, 2 oz herb goat cheese, 2 oz plain goat cheese, 2 oz pepper jack cheese (thinly sliced), 8 oz round crackers
How to Prepare: Arrange the 4 cheeses on the tray (about 1 inch apart from one another). Fan out the crackers in one long row or arch. Place the pepper branch under one of the cheeses so it extends slightly beyond the edge of the tray.
Serve with a plate of chilled champagne grapes and a nice muscat canelli wine.
