Fresh Orange Juice Popsicles

4 year old, Chef Izabella, loves to help me make these. She also loves to gobble them up. They are easy and delicious. If you have access to fresh oranges on the tree, pick those together.

Makes 6-8 (depending on the size of your popsicle molds)

You'll Need: 6-8 fresh oranges (makes 2 to 2.5 cups liquid), 1-2 Tbsp turbinado sugar (raw sugar), 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (about 3 medium strawberries, stems removed)
How to Prepare: Cut your oranges in half. Juice oranges. Strain the pulp completely or leave some pulp in if you want. Stir sugar into orange juice. Cut up your strawberries into a small dice. Place an even amount of strawberries in the popsicle molds. Pour juice over the strawberries. Place lids or handles on each popsicle mold. Place popsicle mold on a small baking sheet to capture any juice spill, and transfer to a flat surface in freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight, until popsicles are frozen. To remove, run warm water over popsicles and gently twist out. Enjoy.
