dani's asian salad

Serves 4 Meals (8 appetizers)
You'll need: 16 ounces of lettuce (any kind you like), 1 cup carrots (shredded), 1 cup purple cabbage (shredded), 1 cup snow peas, 1/4 red onion (finely diced/sliced), 1 cup orange slices (fresh or canned), 1/2 yellow squash (peeled and sliced), 16 small cherry tomatoes, 1 small red bell pepper (thinly sliced), 1 pita (sliced into thin pieces), 1/4 cup shreaded parmesan cheese, 8 ounces cooked chicken breast strips, 2 Tbsp fresh basil (thinly sliced), 2 Tbsp fresh spearmint (thinly sliced), 1/4 tsp steak seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup of light Asian dressing, optional: 1/8 cup slivered almonds
If possible, please use organic, fresh ingredients (pesticide free)! How to make: Arrange all ingredients evenly or mixed together first, on a serving platter and enjoy!
