I had strawberries, nectarines and blackberries that I needed to use up, so I made these "fruity tarts". They are easy to make, and quite refreshing. I made one large tart w/ the 3 fruit combination. I had left over dough, so I made a small, individual size blackberry tart. I took the large tart to a dinner party, and there was not one crumb left! I saved the mini-tart for a nice after dinner dessert the next night. It was scrumptious! I'll be posting this recipe very soon.

Great Wine Enhances Meals
We belong to a few local wineries; they make lovely wines. Use a wine you like, in homemade sauces and/or soups to enhance flavor. Garnish any evening meal with a tasty glass of wine (your palette won't mind).
