Ginger, Orange Dressing

You can use this on grilled vegetables, salads or protein (drizzle over grilled fish or chicken).
You'll Need: 1 tsp grainy mustard, 1 small shallot (diced), 1 clove fresh garlic (minced), 1/2" piece of ginger (peeled and zested), 1/2 orange (juice and zest), 1/2 cup muscat champagne vinegar, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, pinch of kosher salt, pinch freshly grated black pepper, 1 tsp granulated sugar

How to Prepare: In a large bowl, whisk all the ingredients together with a large balloon whisk, for about 3-5 minutes. You want the oil, mustard and vinegar to emulsify, so make sure it's well incorporated. Using a strainer, over a sieve, strain the dressing into a dressing bottle. Serve over grilled vegetables, salads or over grilled seafood or meat. Enjoy.
